Nishant Walia, with a distinguished career that began in 1999, has deep roots in finance and hospitality. Initially working with Horizon India as a Direct Selling Agent for American Express Bank, he later excelled in managing executive transportation and hospitality services at Eco Rent a Car. In 2007, Nishant founded Mehar Cab Services, which he expanded into a private limited company in 2013 as its Managing Director. His strategic vision led to an exclusive partnership with Mehar MICE and Hospitality Pvt Ltd, optimizing transportation solutions for the corporate hospitality industry. Nishant’s expertise significantly enhances Mehar MICE’s service offerings, underscoring his vital role in the company’s success. His innovative approach has not only streamlined operations but also elevated the standard of service, making Mehar MICE a leader in the industry. Nishant continues to drive growth and sustainability, focusing on strategic partnerships and customer satisfaction to navigate the complex dynamics of the global market.

Rajni Hasija brings over three decades of rich professional experience to her role as a director at Mehar MICE and Hospitality Pvt Ltd. With an illustrious background that includes a directorship at IRCTC, a public sector undertaking, Rajni has been a pioneer in implementing significant innovations in tourism and logistics. Her leadership was pivotal in enhancing the digital presence of luxury tourism projects like the Maharajas’ Express. These initiatives not only elevated the profile of Indian luxury train travel but also played a key role in IRCTC receiving the National Tourism Award in 2022. At Mehar MICE, Rajni leverages her extensive expertise in tourism development and project management to transform corporate event experiences, ensuring each event is as unique and distinguished as the destinations they spotlight. Her strategic vision significantly boosts Mehar's capacity to deliver unparalleled, customized services in the MICE sector, fostering innovation and excellence in every endeavor.

Deputy General Manager
Ashish Tiwari, our Deputy General Manager of Admin and Finance, aims to contribute to a professionally managed organization by utilizing his academic abilities and professional skills to help achieve desired objectives. With over 13 years of experience in Operation Management, Ashish is a result-oriented professional who has been making significant contributions for the past five years as Operations Manager at Mehar Mice. In his current role, Ashish is responsible for designing and implementing MIS reports to meet management information needs. He ensures timely flow of MIS by coordinating with different teams on a day-to-day basis. Ashish oversees the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, along with managing the Monthly Client Billing Analysis Dashboard. He leads the billing team in handling company billing for clients, addressing client queries, and managing billing dashboards on a month-to-month basis. Additionally, Ashish handles a team of over 50 members and is responsible for generating weekly and monthly sales and purchase MIS reports. Ashish’s extensive experience and dedication make him a pivotal member of our team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our administrative and financial operations.
Deputy General Manager
Praveen Kumar, our Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing, is a highly seasoned professional with an impressive 23 years of experience in the car rentals and hospitality industry. A graduate by education, Praveen has dedicated his career to mastering the intricacies of sales and marketing within these sectors, bringing unparalleled expertise and insight to our team. Throughout his extensive career, Praveen has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. His strategic approach and ability to foster strong client relationships have been instrumental in driving growth and achieving business objectives. Sh. Umesh Nagar brings over 12 years of invaluable experience in operations and sales management, having worked with Vardan Car Rental Services Pvt Ltd and Mehar Cab Services Pvt Ltd. His extensive background in managing teams and driving sales makes him a key asset to the organization. Known for his dedication and a strong work ethic, Umesh is committed to achieving excellence and making a positive contribution to the growth of the company.

Sh .Rajender is a highly experienced professional with 18 to 20 years of expertise in logistics. He has a proven track record of managing large-scale transport and logistics operations, leading teams, and implementing advanced digital systems. He has consistently ensured the efficient movement of over 3,000 employees daily across various locations, while optimizing billing processes and vendor management. His vast experience and skills align perfectly with the demands of the MICE industry, making him an asset in managing event logistics and ensuring smooth transportation and operational workflows.
Deputy General Manager
Mr. Tufail Khan, our Deputy General Manager of Operations, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Mehar Mice. With a strong academic foundation in Law and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Mr. Khan has honed his skills through extensive experience in surface transport and tourism. This diverse background equips him with a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry. His innovative ideas and strategic thinking have already started making a significant impact on our company. Harsh Upadhyay, the youngest officer of our team and our Assistant Manager of Operations, is a dynamic professional dedicated to working in challenging environments. With a focus on leveraging his skills and experience, Harsh aims to continuously improve his potential and abilities within our organization. Harsh brings with him experience as a Reservation Executive and Operations Head for Pan India in a reputed transport company. Known for his positive attitude and excellent communication skills, Harsh’s commitment to excellence and his proactive approach make him a valuable asset to our operations team. His extensive experience in the transportation sector, coupled with his charming style of working, allows him to effectively manage and optimize our operations.
